What we do
Gift packaging for every occasion
A gift is judged twice: once when it is opened, and once when it is remembered. We take care of both. Choose any dinnerware, serveware, tea set or decor piece from our catalogue and we will present it in packaging built for the occasion — rigid gift boxes, tissue lining, ribbon, wax seals and a handwritten note card.
Corporate orders, wedding and return gifts, festival hampers and one-off surprises all run through the same team, the same quality checks and the same protective packing that gets fragile porcelain across India intact.

Rigid gift boxes
Two-piece rigid boxes with foam or moulded inserts sized to the piece, not a carton with filler.
Ribbon and wax seal
Satin ribbon in your colour, finished with a wax seal or a gold band.
Handwritten note card
Your message, written by hand on cotton stock, not printed on a sticker.
Branded sleeves
Corporate orders can carry your logo on a printed sleeve or belly band.

Bulk pricing starts at 25 units of the same configuration. Below that we are happy to gift-wrap individual orders at standard pricing — there is no minimum for a single gift box.
We brand the packaging, not the porcelain: printed sleeves, belly bands, ribbon and note cards can all carry your logo. We do not print logos onto the dinnerware itself, because fired-on branding changes both the lead time and the character of the piece.
Three weeks is comfortable for most orders. Around Diwali and peak wedding season, allow four to six weeks — stock and courier capacity are both tighter then. Smaller gift boxes usually dispatch within our normal handling time.
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of names, addresses, phone numbers and pincodes and we will dispatch to each one, with the note card personalised per recipient. There is no extra handling charge for splitting an order.
No. Gift orders ship with a packing slip that lists the items but not the amounts, and the tax invoice goes to you by email.
Yes, on every order. Share your GSTIN at the time of the quote and it will appear on the invoice so you can claim input credit.
Tell us within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and the piece and we will replace it. Our shipping and return policies cover gift orders exactly as they cover any other order.
