• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the location, distance, and courier service availability.

• Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen factors such as:

  • Courier delays

  • High order volumes during sales or holidays

• In rare cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated time. If delayed, our support team will keep you informed.

Shipping Charges

• For orders with multiple items, all products will be shipped together unless otherwise specified.

Delivery Partners

Delivery Restrictions

Damaged or Missing Items

• If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours with a clear unboxing video and pictures.
