Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Customers must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

• Product Condition: The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

• Verification Requirement: A clear unboxing video and pictures are mandatory for return approval.

• Non-Returnable Items: Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotions are not eligible for returns.

• Refund Processing: Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 3 working days to the original payment method.

Cancellations

• Order Cancellation by Customer: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled by the customer.

• Cancellation by Shokki Decor: We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Unforeseen logistical issues

• If your order is canceled from our end, a full refund will be processed.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Timeline: Orders will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days, depending on location, distance, and courier service availability.

• International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
